Join us on Tuesday, December 17th, at 5:30 PM for our Beer Pairing Dinner at Ember Cigar Lounge! We’re serving up an evening packed with great food, exciting beers and a night ending cigar that will make you feel like a connoisseur.

Here’s what’s on the menu:
👋 Welcome Bites paired with a refreshing Pilsner (the perfect start to an epic evening).
🍔 Lamb Sliders paired with Saison (because lamb + beer = happiness).
🍺 Grilled Sausages and Amber Ale (a match made in beer heaven).
🍖 BBQ Ribs and IPA (trust us, your taste buds will thank you).
🍮 Bourbon Bread Pudding with Ice Cream and Stout (we’ll just let that sink in).

We’re thrilled to have Mariano Rivera, our esteemed cigar supplier, joining us to share his knowledge and passion for ci**rs. After dinner, enjoy a specially selected cigar as Mariano talks about the craft and pairing ci**rs with beer like a pro. It’s the perfect way to wrap up an evening of indulgence.

Hoy es el último día de este especial, ¡así que ven a acompañarnos!

En cuanto a bebidas, contamos con un bar completo con una selección cuidadosamente elegida de bourbons, whiskies y cervezas artesanales raras, incluyendo joyas ocultas como Cherry Sabrina y Lycan Lupus de Fauna — cervezas que no encontrarás en ningún otro lugar de la ciudad. We opened Ember as a ‘passion project’ for my husband, who’s gone from casual cigar enjoyer to full-blown cigar enthusiast! Drop by and hang out with him – he’s a fun guy who’ll chat about anything, from ci**rs and cars to sports and random trivia. Basically, if it’s a good time you’re after, he’s your man!

And, he's kinda cute....but I'm a little biased. ;)
