Role Description
This is a full-time role as Head Chef/Catering Manager located in Xemxija, Saint Paul's Bay,. The Head Chef/Catering Manager will be responsible for overseeing the food & beverage operations, menu planning and development, food preparation, and staff supervision. S/he will also ensure the highest quality of food and customer satisfaction, and collaborate with the team to create a unique culinary experience.
Qualifications
Experience working as a Head Chef or similar role
Qualifications or equivalent in Culinary Arts or related field
Demonstrated ability to create and manage menus
Proven record of supervising and training kitchen, restaurant & bars staff
A passion for culinary arts and a creative approach to cooking
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
