🇮🇳 ZLB23 (ZLB23) and their prohibition Kyoto speakeasy energy travels from Bangalore to Macao with Bar Operations Manager Suchi (Suchismita Roy Chowdhury) and Senior Mixologist Kripal (Kripal Singh)
🇭🇰 Head Bartender Rolf (RoIf Flaminiano) delivers Avoca’s (Avoca Hong Kong) cocktails inspired by everyday Kowloon lives

Fragrant, silky and layered, Soi On The Left has been a staple since the launch of ! Inspired by Bar Us’ impeccable Thai Tea Punch, Mark () wanted to create a soy version not only for the pun, but also to get the silky texture akin to a Cantonese milk tea that he adores🧋

In addition to subtle pineapple notes from the pineapple rum and dried garnish, Mark uses a local Macau tea liqueur named San Xun () and byproduct of the housemade tofu at the bar’s next door neighbour within the property .Palace to achieve the milk tea fragrance and texture 🫖 To avoid leaving it too sweet, lime juice is added in the end to keep the flavor balance!

The Signature Cocktails are divided into four categories, consisting of Sours, Alternatini, Classics and Stirred 🍸 Three of the most popular drinks form the Classics section with Tommy’s Holiday 🏝️, Not Quite A Penicillin 🫚, and Peanut Pistol 🤠

To wrap up our North America tour, we ventured to Vancouver to see Laowai () for North America’s 50 Best Bars for the second year in a row 🇨🇦 Joining forces with another Wing Lei Bar dear friend Jack () from London’s , Mark () brought some more figurines and UNITY signatures like Peanut Pistol for an afternoon of fun!

Following Thunderbolt in LA, Mark () brought the Macau energy down to sunny Tijuana, Mexico to see our dear friends at ☀️ Among other UNITY signatures, he also brought Day Drink, a new cocktail inspired by Aruba’s guest shift at Wing Lei Bar last year, for a sneak peek to its namesake.

A look back at our shift at last month! Mark () brought his tried and tested signatures and potential new additions for a road test to the American West Coast 🌊🍸 What a blast we had with one of our best friends Tom (), who showed us around the city of angels spreading Wing Lei Bar & Friends stickers! No better way to kick off our North America West Coast roadtrip 🚙
