There’s no party without Negroni, of course 🥃 So Mark () decided to bring the party with Miami Vice Negroni in the “Stirred” section of UNITY!

This tiki twist on the Italian classic is inspired by our tropical friends .lounge from a not-so-tropical island of the Isle of Man 🏝️🇮🇲 Mark infuses a rum-based negroni with in-house freeze-dried strawberries, pineapple and coconut, so the tropical fruits don’t affect the ABV or texture of the drink itself! Not to mention that the fruits are all sourced within the .palace restaurant ecosystem, to get one step closer to a close-loop system around the property.

Say hi to... Peanut Pistol 🔫 A shoutout to our cowboy pals at in Hong Kong 🇭🇰, in the form of a Revolver.

Much like the modern classic, Mark mixes bourbon, Coffee Liqueur before Peanut Butter-washing the whole drink with everyone’s childhood favorite for that true Americana feel! To balance our peanut butter Revolver out, Mark adds a couple of dashes of orange bitters and garnishes with an orange coin to cut through the richness.
