In the 1920s, the U.S. government undertook an experiment known as the 'prohibition era,
For someone to get a drink, one had to have a Doctor's prescription, recommending their patients alcohol in their therapy.
To honor this period of time when people suffered without a decent drink, during my guest shift in 5l Speakeasy Bar in Sofia, Bulgaria, I decided to do the same -- check my patients (guests) and create their own prescription (cocktail recipe) for that evening.
