New product: Test Bench For Testing Bogie Load C.N.: TB004
APPLICATION:
Test bench is designed for testing wagon and locomotive bogie with load up to 10 000 daN. The gaps prescribed with regulation are controlled with laser distance probes.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:
Test bench is designed as independent from the ground, i.e. all stresses are closed within the test bench, and the connection with ground is necessary to fix the test bench in the position and fit it in the existing gauge. Test bench can be positioned in a plane of gauge or in the channel according the client need. Test bench is computerized; control unit with monitor and PC is set up next to bogie load test bench and test process is operated through key board. The graphs are drawn and displayed on the monitor and at the same time the graphs are accompanied with numerical values. Obtained measuring lists as well as Attest can be printed or stored in the memory.
Test bench can be delivered in two variants:
a. Computer controlled with drawing force-distance graph, where the force-distance graph with values obtained from piston is drawn. Measuring gaps at measuring positions is operated manually and obtained values are entered in the measuring list through keyboard.
b. Computer controlled like in previous case, with difference that for gaps control on measuring position are set up measuring distance probes and measured values are entered directly in graphs and measuring lists.
Test bench will be delivered in variant key in hand. Test bench is statically calculated and can be loaded up to 10 000 daN without additional fixing to the ground. Test bench can be positioned in the channel, or in the plain of gauge according the client need.
