No chemical fertilisers, herbicides or synthetic pesticides are used on the vines. 🌱

In the cellar, absolutely no selected yeasts and fermentation activators, and 100% of the energy used comes from renewable sources. 🌞

Francesco’s philosophy begins with a deep territoriality and results in wines that are “not to be tasted, but to be drank”. 🍷

First days of November and we are still enjoying our Rosés—and who could blame us?! Careglio’s coral-pink Piedmont rosé would be anyone’s weakness. 🪸 We enjoyed ours with matching gambas. 🦐

Arrosticini and Sicilian rosé—4000 bottles are made per year from 60 year-old, natural-grown vines.
