If I tell myself I'm "just" someone behind the bar, I'll never see the limitless potential within me.

But when I choose to see myself as a craftsman, an artist, a performer, and a professional, I raise my own standards before anyone else ever does.

Every balanced cocktail reminds me that mastery lives in the smallest details.
