From the start of last week, our team worked tirelessly from morning till late to deliver this full-scale celebration worthy of KCA University standards.

From flooring and tentage to seating arrangement and overall decor, we transformed this open field to an experience

From concept to ex*****on 📖 The ground was bare but we brought life to it with our corporate event setup

Our dome tent flawlessly pitched, designed and set up to sit over 800 people...and the space was enough to incorporate different chair designs👌

Tent decor included fairy lights, parcans and drapery. Don't you just love it when corporate events feel chic?

The National Productivity and Performance Conference 2026 took place last week in premium style!

Our 30m x 60m A-frame tent didn't just house 1,200 government officials and delegates for over a day, it was the centerpiece that commanded attention

Ceiling draping in the proud colors of the Kenyan flag set the tone from the moment guests walked in, while warm fairy lights added a touch of elevated elegance.

Because when it's a national event, every detail counts, red profloor kept over a thousand delegates comfortable and safe underfoot.
