BEHIND THE BUILD | BURGER DEVELOPMENT

The burger range for The Rock N Rolla is being developed around a simple principle: fewer options, stronger identities and no filler.

The current direction includes focused burger builds that may be available with beef, flame-grilled chicken or a vegetable patty, alongside a dedicated smoked-brisket burger connected to the wider smokehouse menu.

Nothing shown here should be treated as a released final menu. This is part of the research, testing and refinement behind the concept.

As Founder & Culinary Lead, Wayne is shaping The Rock N Rolla around bold food, live fire, strong operating standards and genuine hospitality.

The concept brings together years of developing menus, strengthening kitchens, leading teams and building experiences guests want to return to.
