It was a privilege to serve as a service judge at the Ladha Za Africa culinary competition held Boma Int'l Hospitality College from Monday to Wednesday.
Kudos to the industry professional judges for their hands-on involvement throughout the three days, and to BIHC for taking a bold step in celebrating and amplifying African cuisine something that has long deserved greater recognition.
A big shout-out to all the students and industry participants for your effort, creativity, and courage to take on the challenge. Competition, in any field, pushes us to grow and become better.
Excited to see what the future holds for African hospitality.
