ブルゴーニュ・コート・ドール “レ・ジャルダン・ド・マリー・エ・レア”2023

やっぱり美味しいグロフィエ
こちらのブルゴーニュ・コート・ドールは2023年から名称変更されたもので、クロ・ヴージョの真下に位置する1.4haの区画から造られている1本。
ACブルゴーニュの品質をはるかに凌駕する驚きのワインとの評価で気になる1本です。

キュヴェ名長いですが、『レ・ジャルダン・ド・マリー・エ・レア』とは現当主のニコラ氏の双子の愛娘が畑でよく遊んでいたことに因んで名づけられています。
ラベルにもその双子が意匠されておりたいへん可愛らしいですね。

Bourgogne Côte d’Or Les Jardins de Marie et Léa 2023

As expected, Groffier is simply delicious.
This Bourgogne Côte d’Or, renamed starting with the 2023 vintage, is crafted from a 1.4-hectare plot located right below Clos de Vougeot.
It’s a fascinating bottle, highly praised as an extraordinary wine that far surpasses standard AC Burgundy quality.

The cuvée name is quite long, but “Les Jardins de Marie et Léa” is named after current winemaker Nicolas’s twin daughters, who used to play often in the vineyard.
The label also features a charming design of the twins!

We will be serving this by the glass starting today, so please come and give it a try ☺️

“ヴィニョーブル・デ・カボット試飲セミナー”
白はどれも開いてて既に美味しい
赤はブシャール時代より凝縮度とエレガンスが増した印象
高級感のある味わいに昇華してます！

その主な要因は、
①より多くの人手をかける緻密な畑仕事
1名あたりの栽培担当面積を1.6haにしてよりきめ細かな畑仕事に（ブシャール時代は2.5ha〜3ha、最高峰のDRCは1ha）
②より厳しい選果
③樽熟成は20-22ヶ月に延長、更にドメーヌで１年休ませた後出荷。使用する樽はストッキンガー（樽界のロールスロイスみたいな存在だそうです）などの最高級の樽を使用、もちろフランソワ・フレールも
などなどアルテミス・ドメーヌの本気度流石です

コルトン赤とコルトン・シャルルマーニュはグラスでご用意ございますのでこの機会に是非🤗

"Vignobles des Cabottes Tasting Seminar"
The whites are all open and already delicious!
The reds give the impression of enhanced concentration and elegance compared to the Bouchard era.
They have truly been elevated into a luxurious tasting experience!

The main reasons behind this:
① Meticulous vineyard management with more manpower: Reduced the area managed per person to 1.6 hectares for more detailed vineyard care (compared to 2.5–3 hectares during the Bouchard era, while the pinnacle DRC is 1 hectare).
② Stricter grape sorting: Rigorous selection processes.
③ Extended barrel aging (20–22 months), plus an additional year of resting at the domain before release. They use top-tier barrels such as Stockinger (often described as the Rolls-Royce of the barrel world!), along with François Frères, of course.
The true commitment of Artemis Domaines is truly impressive!

We currently have Corton Rouge and Corton-Charlemagne available by the glass, so please take this opportunity to enjoy them 🤗

ブシャールP&Fはヴィニョーブル・デ・カボットに

ブシャール社はアルテミス・ドメーヌ傘下に入ったことに伴い、コート・ド・ボーヌの特筆すべきクリマ専門のドメーヌに生まれ変わりました。
新生ドメーヌの名は『ヴィニョーブル・デ・カボット』

ラベルデザインも大胆に一新され、栽培・醸造・熟成の全てにおいて妥協なきクオリティまで引き上げられたとのことです。
老舗で名門ならではの一等地の極上の区画に、フランソワ・ピノー氏率いる最強のチームで新たな高みへ。

因みにアルテミス・ドメーヌはご存じシャトー・ラトゥールやクロ・ド・タール、さらにはドメーヌ・デュージェニーを所有するワインコングロマリットです。
ブシャールの所有していたグラン・クリュを含むコート・ド・ニュイの畑は今後デュージェニーが造ることとなります。
こちらも非常に楽しみな展開。

早速コルトン・シャルルマーニュと赤のコルトンが届きましたので、グラス・ボトル両方でご用意してきます。

Bouchard Pere & Fils has transformed into Vignoble des Cabottes.

Following its acquisition by Artemis Domaines, Bouchard has been reborn as a specialist domaine dedicated to the remarkable climats of the Côte de Beaune.
The newborn domaine is named “Vignobles des Cabottes.”

With a bold redesign of its wine labels and an uncompromising elevation of quality across viticulture, vinification, and aging, this historic and prestigious name—owning prime plots in top locations—is now reaching new heights under the powerhouse team led by François Pinault.

By the way, Artemis Domaines is the renowned wine conglomerate that owns Château Latour, Clos de Tart, and Domaine d’Eugénie.
Moving forward, Bouchard’s Côte de Nuits vineyards—including its Grand Cru plots—will be crafted by Domaine d’Eugénie. This is also an incredibly exciting development!
We have just received their Corton-Charlemagne and Corton Le Corton rouge, and we will be serving both by the glass and by the bottle.

初めて飲んだけど美味しいかも

しなやかで繊細さもある

I see... It’s my first time trying it, but it’s quite delicious.
I can totally understand why it’s gaining popularity.
It’s supple yet has a delicate touch. It has less of a “natural wine” feel than I expected and is crafted very cleanly.
There is only one bottle of the 333f Blanc left.

こちらも最近かなりお気に入り生産者
まだあまり注目されてませんが、間違いなくブルゴーニュ屈指のトップドメーヌ
ブシャールから新たにもたらされるニュイの錚々たる畑群のリリースも楽しみですね

クロ・デュージェニーはラ・ターシュ直下に位置する区画
以前はA.ビショーが所有していた区画で、旧名はクロ・フランタン
そんなエピソードも畑の格と出自を感じさせます
さて絢爛たる世界を見せてくれるか！？

This is another producer I’ve been really loving lately.
Although they haven’t drawn massive attention yet, they are undoubtedly one of Burgundy’s absolute top-tier domaines.
I’m also really looking for the upcoming releases from Bouchard’s newly acquired, prestigious vineyards across Cote de Nuits!

Clos d’Eugenie is a parcel located right beneath La Tâche. It was previously owned by Albert Bichot, back when it was known as Clos Frantin.
Such history and background truly speak to the pedigree and origins of the terroir.
Will it treat us to a gorgeous, dazzling world tonight!? It’s available by the glass today, so please take this opportunity to try it 🤗
