【L’Anglore Tavel 2015】MP90(気分はMP100)
なかなか古い子に出逢うことはないけれど、今回はストックを出してくださったので2015年！
もう11年も経っているのに、まだ果実味が豊かで枯れた感じはない…
甘味も酸味もしっかりしていて、まだ寝かせても良さそう！
開けたてよりも、少し時間が経ってからの方が芳醇で旨味が感じられた😌
ロゼは万能でコースの序盤から終盤にかけて楽しむことができた！この旨味がさらにお料理を引き立てる、素晴らしいワイン🍷
It’s rare to come across an older bottle like this, but this time they opened one from their cellar — 2015!
Even after 11 years, it still has plenty of fruit character and doesn’t feel faded at all...
Both the sweetness and acidity are beautifully intact, and it seems like it could age even longer!
Rather than right after opening, it became more fragrant and flavorful as it had a little time to breathe 😌
Rosé is incredibly versatile, and this one could be enjoyed throughout the entire course, from beginning to end. Its rich umami beautifully enhanced the food — truly a wonderful wine 🍷
