今までこの告知を英語しか出していなくて、今回日本語でアップしようと思っています。
10月後半、新橋駅近くにベストヒットＵＳＡ系、’70-‘80年代の洋楽をコンセプトにしたMUSIC BARをOPENします！！！
ずーっと小さいころから僕の夢がシェフでした。今年やっと大先輩カルロスと一緒にその夢を追求します！
この不景気の中、無謀とも取れる行動ですが、我らオヤジ達に遊び場を、そして若い奴らに我らの時代のよいモノを紹介
、貢献できるような空間にできたらいいなあと思っています。

Please take a moment to read this! I am finally achieving a lifetime dream of running a bar/restaurant. Together with a great mentor and friend (Carlos), we will be starting a bar in Tokyo this coming October. We are asking for your support! What is it? In front of Shimbashi Station, from late October we will be opening a 70’s-90’s Yogaku (music from outside of Japan) Music Bar!!! This bar is going to be a place where men and women who enjoy the tunes of the past can com
e together and get into a nostalgic groove. We will provide a getaway for adults to reconnect with their childhood spirit. Please join us in this journey!
{Information}
Shop Name: Side B (tentatively)
Location: 2-9-7 Minatoku Shinbashi - Ikkaku building, 4th Floor
From Shinbashi station (Hibiya Exit – SL locomotive side), less than a 1 minute walk. Right by Yamada Denki electronics store and above Yamata Sushi. Look up to find us…and if you don’t mind burning a few calories, enjoy the 45 steps up to our bar (sorry, no elevator for a greener Shinbashi). Size: Around 25 Seats
Drink Menu: Of course this is Carlos’ bar so there will be plenty of Tequila! We will line up various brands but also have many cocktails and drinks available. Food Menu:
• Soft Men (nostalgic noodles) cooked with a new flare including luxurious toppings.
• Nostalgic toppings like Ishi Hamburger as well as luxurious ingredients.
• Menu from vegetables harvested in the fields of Michael’s Organic “Radish House” garden.
• On special occasions, we may have Mexican Curry from the Latino Master Haru San. Music:
• 70’s – 90’s vinyl, CDs, video clips, DVDs, etc.
• We will also have a stage for bands who can rock out like the old days.
• Free sessions for anyone who wants to play guitar, Cajons, etc.
• Complete DJ set for anyone with skills to mix it up. Games:
• Games from Japan – Supercar erasers with an authentic driving course. For those who want to keep a bottle on our shelf for their next visit, we will place your car along with it.

How you can help us!
1. Visit our shop at least 3 times per week.
2. We need a permanent staff member who can join us. Preferably cute and upbeat…must love 70s,80s,90s music!
3. Any bartenders who may volunteer once in a while…free drinks?
4. If you have any dusty music that could be enjoyed in our bar, we welcome any donations! CDs, LPs, cassette tapes, DVDs, Best Hits USA videos, etc.
5. We will be launching a FB page soon. Please like our page and feel free to upload you favorite music and personal stories about the old days.
6. Other great ideas! We are looking for anything that fits with the theme of the bar.
7. Crazy decoration, advertising, and service ideas.
8. Any musician who is interested in playing live 70’s-90’s music. Future:
• We may be serving soft noodles for lunch.
• English conversation/musical lyrics classes/English Café.
• Music studio for hardcore musicians.
• Etc. We hope that everyone can come and enjoy this bar. We invite anyone and we hope to serve eveyone’s drinking and playing needs for years to come.
