本日5/16は、2世紀以上も前に生まれ、今なお世界で愛され続ける薬草リキュール、"シャルトリューズ"の生誕を祝う記念日。
18世紀、フランスの修道士たちによって薬草とスパイスから作られたリキュール、シャルトリューズ。
古くは1605年、フランスに持ち込まれた【不老不死の霊薬】の処方にルーツがあるとされ、130種以上のスパイスや植物を使い作られるリキュールのレシピ・作り方は、数名の修道士に引き継がれ、現代でも製造され続けています。
当店では、この素晴らしい薬草リキュールを使ったオリジナルカクテル、【白糸雅流】を提供致しております。
軽井沢の名所である白糸の滝をイメージし創作したカクテル。是非この特別な日に、ご賞味くださいませ。
Today, May 16th, marks the anniversary of the birth of Chartreuse, a herbal liqueur that was created more than two centuries ago and continues to be loved around the world.
Chartreuse is a liqueur created in the 18th century by French monks from herbs and spices.
Its roots can be traced back to the formula for the "elixir of immortality" brought to France in 1605.
The recipe and production method for this liqueur, which uses over 130 kinds of spices and plants, has been passed down through several monks and continues to be produced today.
At our bar, we offer an original cocktail called "Shiraito Ga-ryu" made with this wonderful herbal liqueur.
This cocktail was created with the image of Shiraito Falls, a famous landmark in Karuizawa, in mind. Please enjoy it on this special day.
