1. Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Heavy Cream
• 1 cup Milk
• 3/4 cup Sugar
• 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
1. Whisk cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla until sugar dissolves.
2. Pour into container or ice cream maker.
3. Freeze 4–6 hours (stir every hour if not using a machine).
4. Scoop and serve.
2. Chocolate Ice Cream
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Heavy Cream
• 1 cup Milk
• 3/4 cup Sugar
• 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
Instructions:
1. Whisk cocoa powder and sugar into milk until smooth.
2. Add cream and mix well.
3. Freeze mixture, stirring occasionally until firm.
4. Serve chilled.
3. Strawberry Ice Cream
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Heavy Cream
• 1 cup Strawberry Puree
• 3/4 cup Sugar
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions:
1. Blend strawberries into puree.
2. Mix cream, puree, sugar, and lemon juice.
3. Freeze, stirring every hour.
4. Scoop and enjoy.
4. Mango Ice Cream
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Heavy Cream
• 1 cup Mango Puree
• 3/4 cup Sugar
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions:
1. Blend mango into smooth puree.
2. Mix cream, mango, sugar, and lemon juice.
3. Freeze until set, stirring occasionally.
4. Serve cold.
5. Cookies & Cream Ice Cream
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Heavy Cream
• 1 cup Milk
• 3/4 cup Sugar
• 1 cup Crushed Chocolate Cookies
Instructions:
1. Mix cream, milk, and sugar until dissolved.
2. Stir in crushed cookies.
3. Freeze and stir every hour until firm.
4. Scoop and serve.
6. Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Heavy Cream
• 1 cup Milk
• 3/4 cup Sugar
• 1 tsp Mint Extract
• 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
1. Mix cream, milk, sugar, and mint extract.
2. Freeze for 2 hours, then stir in chocolate chips.
3. Freeze until fully set.
4. Scoop and enjoy.
