昨日行われましたエリートバーテンダーカクテルコンペティション(EBCC)にて
当店の上田がブロンズ賞🥉を受賞しました。
目指すものには遠い結果ですが受賞できたことは喜ばしいことです。
本大会がラストだった私にとって意気込みは今まで以上。
目指す結果は出ずとも当日に臨む為の自分の"武器"を作り磨いたことは良い経験でした。
信じて応援に来てくださったリリーベルのお客様、先輩バーテンダー、後輩スタッフ、母と兄、そしてマスターに感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
ありがとうございました。
沢山の方に囲まれて勇気をもらい、沢山の愛を感じられる日となりました。
結果も大事ですが、それ以上に大事なことに気付きました。
気持ちを新たに一日一日を大切に、日々の営業を大切に、これからも精進していきます。
今の気持ちです。

終わってしまうとなんだか寂しい気持ちなのでまた違う形で挑戦は続けていきます。

【Announcement📢】
At the Elite Bartender Cocktail Competition (EBCC) held yesterday,
our bartender, Ueda, won the Bronze Award🥉.
While this is far from his goal, we are delighted to have received an award.
For me, this was my last competition, so my determination was greater than ever.
Even though I didn't achieve my desired result, creating and honing my "weapons" for the day was a valuable experience.
Thank you to all the customers of Lilybell who believed in me and came to support me, my senior bartenders, junior staff, my mother and brother, and the master.
It was a day where I received courage and felt a lot of love from being surrounded by so many people.
Results are important, but I realized something even more important.
With renewed determination, I will cherish each day, value my daily business, and continue to strive for improvement.
These are my current feelings.
Thank you for reading my humble writing.
Thank you to everyone involved in running the competition, the East 21 Hotel staff, the sponsoring manufacturers, and all the customers who came.
And to all the competitors, thank you for your hard work.
Now that it's over, I feel a little sad, so I'll continue to challenge myself in a different form.
