The porto tonic also called Portônica is kind of Portugal’s answer to an Aperol Spritz.

It offers a balance of sweetness and bitterness.

It’s super refreshing, and also a great low ABV option.

You can use a white or red Port. They're both delicious 😋

Pomegranate Juice
fresh lemon
homemade Rosemary Syrup
Soda Water (or Tonic Water)

Garnish with a sprig of Rosemary and some Pomegranate seeds.

a variation of the famous Long Island Iced Tea

15 ml Vodka
15 ml Gin
15 ml Tequila
15 ml white Rum
10 ml Cherry Brandy
10 ml Lime
10 ml Lemon
Top with Cola 🍒

Basically I replaced Triple Sec with Bols Cherry Brandy and toped it with Cola 🍒
