Did you know there is a German b**r brewed to taste like smoke? 🔥🍺

It is called Rauchbier, and it is Bamberg's signature. The malt is dried over open beechwood fires, which gives the b**r a deep smoky flavour people compare to bacon or a campfire. The most famous one, Aecht Schlenkerla, has poured from oak barrels since 1405.
