Eight bartenders. Five countries. One idea of harmony, shared behind the bar.

Judged on instinct. On precision. On the quiet discipline of omotenashi.

Luigi Barberis took the title with « Il Dottore e il Samurai, » built on homemade orgeat and bergamotto. Dimitris Kanellopoulos earned a special distinction with « Musubi. »

Both now head to Japan. Not just a prize. A chance to meet where ETSU Gin truly begins.

Sakura Blooms pairs Etsu Sakura with cherry blossom-infused vermouth and red shiso syrup, finished with a whisper of rose bitters and a single petal on top.
Delicate on the eye, layered on the palate. Just like the flower it's named after.
