Un grazie di cuore agli amici di Piasco del Birrificio Agricolo KAUSS per il regalo a sorpresa che mi ha davvero emozionato: il calendario dell’avvento birrario! 🎁🍻

Chi mi conosce sa quanto io ci abbia creduto fin dall’inizio… e riceverlo oggi, dopo anni di lavoro insieme, è stato un riconoscimento che ho apprezzato tantissimo.

Vederlo evoluto, arricchito e sempre più curato è una gioia: quanti sforzi, quanti ricordi.

Come da tradizione lo aprirò a dicembre e lo berrò qui a Milano al Birrificio Italiano - Milano , una birra al giorno, condividendo il gusto delle birre piemontesi (e non solo) con i nuovi colleghi.

Grazie Kaussiani per il pensiero e per tutto il percorso fatto insieme. 💚

🍺✨ Ci sono momenti in cui tutto si allinea: la passione che nasce per gioco, gli studi fatti con sete di sapere, le strade percorse con fatica, le persone incontrate, i sogni coltivati in silenzio.

Mi chiamo Marco — o Blenjo, o Birretta, o Mybeerpassion — e da qualche settimana ho cambiato casa, città, orizzonte.

Dopo una vita trascorsa in Piemonte nelle valli del Monviso da qualche settimana sono sono a Milano, al timone del Birrificio Italiano Milano .

Ieri ho brindato con Agostino, uno dei padri della birra artigianale italiana e birraio del nostro birrificio.

Un brindisi per questa nuova partenza.

Non è un annuncio, è un invito.

A ve**re a bere una Tipopils, sì — ma soprattutto a condividere un frammento di bellezza.

Vi aspetto in via Ferrante Aporti 12 a Milano.

Magari non ci conosciamo ancora, ma potremmo farlo al bancone.

Una giornata in Valle Maira che sa di natura, cammino e birra buona 🍺
Con l’ siamo partiti a piedi tra i boschi fino a Chialvetta, respirando aria pura e paesaggi che parlano d’alpeggio e silenzi.
Poi il pranzo al di Acceglio, dove le birre raccontano il territorio con autenticità e carattere 🌾🍻

Il pomeriggio con Andrea, che ci ha accompagnati tra tini e fermentatori, condividendo la storia e la visione del suo birrificio di montagna.
Un’esperienza che sa di passione, di radici e di futuro.

Yesterday we organize the Beer Passion Night , a special dinner for the New Year’s Eve.

We cooked only fish and pairing every dish with different beers.

1. Octopus salad paired with Weiss wheat beer
2. Smoked salmon with lemon mayonnaise paired with smoked marzen
3. Mussels and Fou Foune 2021
4. Orange-flavored risotto with prawns paired with Avec les bon vouex
5. Pistachio crusted salmon paired with Peres Trappistes Grande Riserva 2024
6. Oreo cheesecake paired with pastry imperial stout

BOCKA DI ROSA - – 6.3% VOL

Amber, orange in color. Herbaceous and resinous notes on the nose. Special malts prevail in the mouth with an elegant bitterness that makes drinking surprisingly easy.

Dry Stout style beer, it releases intense toasted aromas that recall the grinding of coffee and cocoa; in the mouth it appears soft like milk chocolate and well balanced by a fresh bitterness that immediately invites another sip.

Another time (4su8!)

It is a truly unique beer for its floral bouquet, thanks to the addition of elderflower, bergamot and ginger, which intensely characterize the scents both on the nose and on the palate giving it an aromatic and spicy profile. With a deep blond color with white reflections, it is slightly cloudy in the glass, the haze of the color is due to the addition of ancient grains during the mashing phase; fresh and delicately aromatic, an excellent reinterpretation of the Blanche style.

Today a beer again .

Warm and enveloping Rudolph is the perfect Christmas Ale to drink in company on cold winter evenings. Amber in color, it is produced with caramel malts and Belgian yeast that together with intense notes of cinnamon create a satisfying and inviting aromatic and gustatory bouquet. On the nose and palate the protagonists are the notes of cinnamon supported by hints of caramel, biscuit, hazelnut and spicy nuances. Perfect as an after-dinner drink or paired with Christmas desserts based on dried fruit and candied fruit.

This is an American Brown Ale .

Dark brown beer, on the nose it has a moderate aroma in which caramel and toasted notes from the malts stand out. Even in the mouth we find the predominance of malts with notes of vanilla, caramel, hazelnut, cocoa and licorice while the hops, which give light citrus notes, complete the drink contributing to giving a dry finish.

Presented at Eurohop 2024, Wonka is a delicious, soft and silky Oatmeal Sweet Pastry Stout, made with the addition of oats, coconut pulp, biscuits, vanilla and caramel. Dark in color, the nose and palate are enveloping and rich; the aromatic bouquet and sensations on the palate are faithful to each other, with sweet notes of coconut and vanilla well balanced by more toasted hints of malt and caramel. A delight for the palate.
