Suya Beske - Suya is a dish that originates from the nomadic Hausa tribes across West Africa. It’s basically grilling meat with a peanut based spice mix.

For our 2nd plate, we replaced the meat with Beske which is the name for tofu in Nigeria.

Chef made the Beske (tofu) from whole soybean by extracting its milk and fermenting it.
