COCOA Butter – Liquid Gold from the COCOA Beans!

THE PRODUCTION OF COCOA BUTTER IS A FASCINATING PROCESS, This rich, creamy cocoa butter is extracted from carefully fermented, dried, roasted cocoa beans. During pressing, the cocoa mass separates into two parts – cocoa butter and a cocoa press cake, which is later ground into cocoa powder.

For all our chocolates, we use only cocoa butter, freshly pressed right at our farm from beans we grow.

Our Non-Alkalized Cacao Powder:
Naturally pure and full of flavor – our cacao powder is minimally processed at low temperatures, preserving more of its natural cocoa butter compared to regular commercial powders.
