DSSSB advertisement has stopped taking application for Delhi administration teachers' post due to guest teachers issue. However a large chunk of vacancies in MCD assistant teachers posts are open and forms are being filled. Due to no CTET in 2017, many are not able to avail this opportunity. I am an advocate and expert in writ petition and constitutional matters and think that a writ petition from such students can help them to apply for these vacancies and/or get CTET conducted asap.
