Yours truly presents Le Belle which translated from French means the beautiful, and in reality it is a beautiful mix of rosemary infused green tea with and honey which mingles wonderfully with the hints of sweet orange and spice of nutmegs and cardamom from the gin.. .... This challenge being taste of Asia, I decided to use the herbs and spice of The Asian Subcontinent, deriving inspiration from My home country of India along with her neighbour down south Sri Lanka and also tying it up with the legacy of The St. Regis Mumbai i twisted the bloody mary and made a drink of myself. The ingredients include home made tomato puree spiced with cloves,garlic,curry leaves, sugar and salt. The vodka I used was infused with kokum.
I decided to name this drink The S.A.M which is a short form for South Asian Mary.

When u have free time and fresh ingredients u cnt but just help yourself into making something new ... I christen this drink the TRANQUILLITY due to the feeling that i got from the ginger,lime & mint which support the citrus and smooth finish of the tanqueray10 .... Cheers and remember
