Apart from profession. I am sure every body has their primary and secondary hobby as I have. ⁣
primary cooking since, beginning and secondary reading and meditating . ⁣

Cooking required technique too! as Mixology! ⁣

Cooking as home chef with little formal knowledge from IHM helped me lot to understand the nature and character of ingredients and taste of cooked food. ⁣ So, what you guys cooking out there today. I am cooking chicken korma for lunch today. ⁣
