the Idea has been conceptualized by a felt need in the market for a property that caters to the youth and their continuous interest and following for electronic dance music. It is what rock music was to the teenager who grew up in the 80's and 90's who were fortunate enough to have dedicated TV channels and radio stations playing that music for them, unfortunately there are hardly any media teleca

sting dance music in India ., baring a few small duration radio shows and online radio pod casts. The growth of electronic music in India has been gradual through the 90's, where a few dj's and venue across the country switched to playing more synthetic , electronic ., high bpm sounds. but during the 2000's the following has overtaken most other genres ., due to world wide trend and change in taste of the audience of the generation next. the top djs in world were soon to follow on tour and small club tours were expanded to stadium concerts, to festivals spanning days. the growth and trend is just kicking of if global trends and leads are to be believed . electronic artists sell more records than most rock or pop bands do, not to mention the online downloads have been a rage too. There are many restriction of law, mainly the age criteria that do not permit many of the youth to join the movement , through clubs ., bars and restaurants ., concerts etc. states have various age limits for entering a excise bonded area of a bar, ranging from 18-24 years throughout the country. along wit it are also several social stigma factors for youth especially girls visiting a club/bar/pub which further hamper the true music fan to access this genre of music . not to mention other factors such as parent/school/police prohibitions. There are hardly any alternate venue where such artists can perform or the different genre s of music belonging to the electronic avenue can be heard, this brings us to the hiatus in the market and unfulfilled demand which can be catered to and capitalized on! a NON-ALCOHOLIC PARTY ZONE !
14-21 -- Refers to the age bracket which the propert is intended to cater to! a property which caters to the trendy youth , who s numbers are ever increasing , who are the trendsetters of this generation , from various international level schools/colleges, fashionable, wit a spending capacity,forward thinking and wanna be Entertained. the property revolves around involving the most popular dj's nationally and internationally, perform at a venue , which sets a favorable and socially acceptable environment for the youth to enjoy the form of music without any restrictions.
