Jivan main Bachpan se lekar abhi tak n Jane kitne Principle, Humne padhe honge , par is Principle ko nhi jana to kuchh nhi jana .

Ye bahut hi jaruri hai, ise janana aur apni life main ise istamal karna.

The "80/20 Principle," also known as the Pareto Principle, was introduced by Richard Koch. It suggests that 80% of results come from 20% of efforts. This pri...

"Do you copy strengths from Google or someone else's resume and write them in yours?"

I did when making my first resume; I was unaware of my strengths.

Could you let me know if you are aware of your strengths?

I don't think so. Mostly, we are not aware of our strengths; we know our weaknesses better.

To better understand your strengths, you have to write down the strengths that you think you have.

Let's take an example: You have technical expertise in particular things, communication skills, and team-building or teamwork.

Let's rate each skill out of ten and then start working on your top three skills for 9 to 12 months.

Rate your skills again a year later and see the difference. Does it match your expectations? ( It is called Feedback Analysis and its trial and tested method )

You will see the difference, and you will better understand your strengths.

Have you ever read the book "Managing Oneself" by Peter F. Drucker?

I just took the core theme from the book, and it is a really powerful book for those who are starting their career or are already in a career.

Five questions to ask yourself to "Manage Oneself":

What are my strengths?
How do I perform?
What are my core values?
Where do I belong?
What should I contribute?

"If you could relive one day of your life, which day would you choose?"

The day I would choose is from my childhood because those days were truly special.

During that time, I lived mindfully, cherishing every moment, playing with childhood friends from afternoon to evening.

Spending time with them was precious to me.

In the evening, after having dinner 🍽️, we watched a movie 🍿 together on a black & white television 📺.

Those were our weekend activities during childhood, and I always cherish the memories of that particular day.

How about you?

Which day would you choose to relive?

Are you in prison?

A decade ago, I was living with my college friends in Raipur city, Chhattisgarh.

One day he said to me, "Are you coming with me to the plant? I have an interview at that firm."

I was also working at that time, but I wanted to give him company, so I said, "Okay."

In India, the working hours are generally around 9 am to 6 pm.

We took an auto to reach the location, as per communication to arrive at the plant around 10 to 11 am.

When we reached the main gate of the plant, we saw that it was closed.

The guard outside the plant gate asked us, "Whom do you want to meet?"

My friend replied with the person's name, and the guard recognized him, opening the small gate.

As the guard opened the gate, at that moment, a movie scene appeared in my mind,
"फिल्मो में कैदी कैसे बाहर आता या जाता है, एक छोटे गेट से"

It felt like we were entering a prison.

This story suddenly struck me after reading a beautiful quote shared by one of my real-life heroes, Tim Ferriss:

“Most people end up being conformists; they adapt to prison life. A few become reformers; they fight for better lighting, better ventilation. Hardly anyone becomes a rebel, a revolutionary who breaks down the prison walls. You can only be a revolutionary when you see the prison walls in the first place.”'-
-Anthony de

Are your recalled some story ???

Self-Mastery:

"M" for Meditation: Start your meditation practice with gratitude. Pay gratitude to Mother Earth and nature because you are made of "Mind and Matter," and in the end, we will immerse ourselves in nature. Also, express gratitude to your teacher from whom you learned the practice of meditation.

There are many kinds of meditation in the world. Choose the one you like the most. Here are a few examples of "Meditation Techniques" based on the best of my knowledge:

Mindfulness Meditation
Loving-Kindness Meditation
Transcendental Meditation (TM)
Vipassana Meditation
Zen Meditation (Zazen)
Kundalini Meditation
Guided Visualization
Walking Meditation
Body Scan Meditation
Forgiveness Meditation
I first learned about meditation in 2010 when my brother suggested that I join a 10-day course on Vipassana Meditation. I practiced it until 2019.

In 2020, I discovered another meditation practice that has become the most powerful meditation technique I know. After practicing it continuously for two years, I completed one offline and two online courses on it and wholeheartedly incorporated it into my practice. This meditation is called "Forgiveness Meditation." It is important to do this practice under the guidance of your teacher because many doubts may arise, and your teacher can provide clarity when you ask questions. Learn any kind of meditation from a teacher.

My teacher told me that "Forgiveness Meditation" is an ongoing process because we often take things personally in our everyday life, and this practice helps us let go.

Currently, I am practicing Metta Meditation and will continue until my last breath.

What is your choice of meditation? Which one from the above list are you going to choose and practice wholeheartedly? Let me know in the comment box.

Thankyou so much Charul for pic .

Audience type ABCD

Hello 👋
Amazing 👋 people,

Imagination for a moment!!!

If you are speaking in front of big conferences room .
How do you know about your audience 🤔
Who is listen you ????
There are some key points to identify them , let's discuss the formula for it.
Formula : ABCD .

A audience are smiling and engage to speaker and write notes what they learn from speaker😃 .

B audience: these are busy kind of audience they are busy with their phone and other things .

C audience: these are committed to speaker , if the speaker connect with their words upto 1 minute ,they will listen to speaker continuously

D audience: Don audience, such kind of audience are , they think what he will teach me , I know everything. Their body language will show this quality, closed hand, not respond to you when you ask them.

So what is core thing to remember 🤔

To become a good 👍 speaker, we have to first become a good 👍 audience 😀.
Or

Be a good audience first to become good speaker 🔊.
Thank you ,Thank you, Thank you.

Book : .

In my childhood, I was fond of Bollywood movies and would usually watch two movies a week, often at the theater. On August 9th, 1991, the Bollywood movie "Saudagar" was released, featuring two famous stars, Dilip Saheb and Rajkumar, along with new actors and actresses, including Manisha Koirala, a newcomer whom I came to know about. I watched many of her movies and became familiar with her on-screen life and fame.

In 2019, I learned about Manisha Koirala's real-life story and how she fought cancer and recovered in her book "Healed." I read this book because I also face challenges due to my chronic disease. With the help of a dictionary and Google Translate, I found the real-life stories of others to be inspiring during difficult situations.

Manisha Koirala's courage and resilience have earned my admiration and respect. Her story indirectly supported me during my painful days and helped me with my lifelong incurable disease.

I would like to share a few lines from her book that had a significant impact on me, as I face daily mental and physical challenges:

"To the reader: May you realize your limitless human potential and rekindle your inner spirit to face every challenge life throws at you."
"Whenever you find yourself doubting how far you can go, just remember how far you have come. Remember everything you faced, all the battles you have won, and all the fears you have overcome." - Unknown
In addition, I found these impactful lines from her book:

"Dig deep and get clarity: It requires a lot of deep thinking, mindfulness, and reflection on one's life."
"Be kind: Be kind to yourself."
"Stay committed to change."
"Develop an attitude of gratitude."
"Develop positivity, drop negativity."
