What may have started off as ‘experiments in baking’ in her home kitchen, transcended into a lifelong love for all things freshly baked!
As a child, Rishika was surrounded by her Dad’s enthusiasm for food, mum’s Sunday Kitchen Specials and Grandma’s carefully handwritten recipe books. She decided to pursue a career in Journalism & Film, only to realize that the calling always was (and is) Patisserie. Her relationship with food comes from people, travels and moments shared over meals.
Rishika spent the initial years of her baking career as a Chef Instructor in Bengaluru, teaching and training in Bakery & Patisserie. Her love for different flavour profiles and curiosity for new foods & ingredients eventually led her on the entrepreneurial journey with a small home-grown brand in Bangalore that eventually Goa.
