⭐️Change of Venue⭐️
This Sunday 20th September Donegal Conscious Dance is at the Arcade, Dungloe Come join us from 11am-1pm for a mix of music for you to move your body to.

There are no steps to learn, no routines to follow and absolutely no need to be a “good dancer”! Just come along, kick off your shoes and move however feels good to you.

Dance, sway, wiggle, stretch, have a laugh or completely lose yourself in the music — anything goes.

A couple of hours to switch off, shake off the week and enjoy moving in good company. 🌿✨

It's so great to have a space to just dance without having to worry what anyone else thinks of your moves, or trying to keep up with fancy steps. It's just free-flowing dance: you move however your body wants to move. Suitable for all fitness levels.
