It was a dark week in Bohermore as our friend Mike Barrett was laid to rest on Tuesday. Mike was unique, a man with all the traits of someone rare—loyal, decent, helpful, straight talking and always good craic. Down through the years, all of us here in Crowe’s repeatedly enjoyed his company, even on bad days for Man Utd and there have been lots of them in recent times! We are genuinely sad to see such a good man go too soon. We send our deepest and heartfelt sympathies to Lee, Helen, Willie, Margaret, Bridie and all the extended family. And more than anything else, we hope Mike’s gentle soul Rests In Peace.
