A few cheeky snaps from a staff party I hosted in TJ Clarkes earlier this month 🍸
My Signature Menu for this party was:

“My Granny’s Kitchen”
Di**le Single Malt 🥃 Stillgarden Glás 55, Apple Syrup 🍏 and a Rhubarb Shrub.

“I’m a Cocktail Get Me Out of Here”
Di**le Gin, Grapefruit & Lime Shrub and Poachers Grapefruit Soda

“Iasrach”
A new MOCKTAIL with Pineapple 🍍, Cranberry, Lemon 🍋 and Poachers Grapefruit Soda.

I also ended up getting some of the Forge Moycullen and TJ Clarkes crew into the bar with me to cook up a few surprise cocktails too ☺️
