Heya! Lucía here. We’re nearly 6k and I thought it may be time to update my profile picture (this is obviously a way to procrastinate from all the Christmas commissions, but don’t worry, they’re all getting done!) Just wanted to say how grateful I am. It may seem silly to celebrate reaching 6k, but to me it is a pretty big deal. Having you following me, liking, commenting and sharing my illustrations is the reason I’ve been able to switch careers and to be a full time illustrator for nearly a year now, I would have never imagined that. Having you following me also means having a big platform online, which is such a great thing to have at the moment, when markets seem to be out of the table this Christmas season. I’m repeating myself, but it’s been amazing to see how everyone seems so conscious this year about buying from small, local businesses. Also, the amount of talented crafters and artists in Cork is unbelievable!
So yeah, thank so so so much! Now I’m off to get some of your orders ready 😊♥️
