So sadly we have reached the end of what has been the most incredible journey here at De Roiste’s and what an adventure it has been. Were we mad, yes absolutely but my God it was great. Firstly to every member of our team... Mark Irwin Jeff Gilmore the masters of Smokehouse you guys proved over and over that ye are geniuses in the kitchen thank you both and wishing ye so much success as you both start your new ventures, to everyone no matter how long you were with us we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The people of Ballinderry, Co. Tipperary whom welcomed us with open arms and supported us, worked with us and became great friends we thank you all and hope we brought some joy and life into this extraordinary village you all work so hard to keep it looking so beautiful. To surrounding bussiness whom worked hand in hand with us thank you and continued success. Now.. our customers/friends... lads ye blew us away the distance some of you travelled, the kind words, encouragement, the singing, the dancing, the stories, the laughter, the friendships, the dogs, even the critics... you all made the last 4 years unforgettable. We would like to ask all of you... support your local businesses, your local cafe, bar, restaurant... hospitality is on its knees and only their communities can help them keep going. So try keeping your hard earned money local... support when you can and keep our villages alive. We hope this stunning historical building won't stay empty for long.. it really is the heart of the community and those walls hold so many stories. So for now.. until we meet again thank you and God bless
