Here's a dish that sums up what Cockatoo is all about: one foot in Bali, one in the wider world.

We take duck and slow-roast it in a traditional gentong โ€” a clay barrel oven โ€” rubbed with lemongrass and Balinese herbs until it's tender enough to pull apart with a fork. That part is pure Bali.

Then we do something a little different: we serve it with warm tortillas. You pull the duck, build your own wrap, spoon over our thick homemade BBQ sauce, and fold. It's the comfort of a taco night with the soul of a Balinese feast.

It's fun to share, easy to eat with your hands, and unlike anything else on the menu.

Fire's on every Friday from 6 PM.

Alongside a full international cocktail list โ€” your Negronis, Old Fashioneds, and Gin & Tonics โ€” we pour a line of Balinese signature cocktails built around arak, Bali's traditional spirit, with fresh tropical juices and local herbs.

There's a curated wine list too, cold beers, and mocktails for those not drinking. Whatever your night looks like, there's a glass for it.
