Already one year ago since I had the pleasure of organizing a professional Champagne tour for the Törley team in the heart of Champagne 🍾🇫🇷

From visiting passionate grower-producers and discovering exceptional cuvées to sharing conversations in historic cellars, it was an unforgettable experience filled with learning, inspiration, and beautiful moments.

Looking back, I feel truly grateful for the trust, the encounters, and the opportunity to share the world of Champagne beyond the bottle.

Champagne is not only about wine — it is about people, heritage, craftsmanship, and emotion.

During the SIRHA exhibition at HUNGEXPO I had the pleasure of meeting winemakers from Celle-sur-Ource in the Côte des Bar region — a village very close to Bagneux-la-Fosse, where I used to work in Champagne.

It was such a wonderful and unexpected surprise to reconnect with people from a region that means so much to me.

Champagne is not just about the wine — it’s about the people, the villages, and the stories behind every bottle.

Moments like this remind me why I love sharing this world through 𝐄́𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫🤍

Every single bottle turned by hand. A slow ritual. A reminder that great champagne is never rushed.

Moments like this shaped my vision for 𝐄́𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫.
Because when you understand the work behind the bubbles, you never taste champagne the same way again.

• 9,000 kg/ha can be sold
• 15,000 kg/ha can be picked
• Anything above goes into the precious reserve wines for future blends 🍾

The average is around 10,000 kg/ha, making 2025 a generous and promising vintage. 🌟
