Aki Magyarországon a borszakmának bármely területén dolgozik, érdekelt, az tudja, hogy az egyik fontos dátum a borkészítés hagyományaiban január 22-e, vagyis Szent Vince napja.

Szent Vince a bor védőszentje Magyarországon, aki vértanú halált halt Diocelatinus császár uralkodása alatt Hispániában.

🍇 A mai napon metszett vesszőket vízbe állítják és a rügyekből következtetnek a termés bőségére
