09:00 - 09:30: Arrival and introduction
09:30 - 10:30: Follow-up on last year's topics and having a discussion on what became reality from it
10:30 - 12:00: Open discussion on the topics brought up by the registered AWS participants
12:00 - 13:00: Guest presentation and related Q&A

Last year we identified how an FS Alumni could support students:

• Safe testing:
• Highlighting dangerous technology/solutions
• Providing safe environment: Race track, Fire extinguisher

• Personal relation
• Be a supportive colleague
• Listen to students

• Give supportive ideas through questions => improves thinking!

• Show success stories, which can inspire goals

• Coaching on a weekly basis
• Set up meeting
• Cooperate

• Help the students to be a team!

• Provide feedback:
• Feedback
• Lessons learned
• Useful structures and techniques
• Let the teams know which alumni can help in which topic (has the knowledge).

What would you add to the list?
You can do it even personally during FS EAST 2018 if you register to participate on AWS 2018!
