Grimm Artisanal Ales out of Brooklyn, NY. Trapdoor Exit Hazy IPA. 5.5% ABV

Really liked all Grimm brews had thus far, and this goes right along with the bunch. Lighter ABV only means you can have two or three no problem. Citrus and tropical fruits lead the way and balance well with the mild hop taste. Smooth overall feel. Much enjoyed 🍻

Almanac Beer Co. with Original Pattern Brewing out of Alameda, Ca. Tunnel Vision West Coast IPA. 7.1% ABV

Really solid collab brew here. Plus I’m a sucker for anything with Mosaic hops. Citrus, tropical fruit and pine lead the way and mesh perfectly throughout the entirety of the beer. Smooth overall with mild bitterness. Much enjoyed 🍻

Hodad’s Brewing Company out of San Diego, Ca. Local West Coast IPA. 7.0% ABV

Nice poolside brew from Hodad’s here. Winner of the Bronze award in 2023 in San Diego. Nice aromas of pine and citrus that carry into the taste. Smooth overall with a dry finish with mild bitterness. Much enjoyed 🍻

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. West Ghost Modern West Coast IPA. 7.2% ABV

Always love a newly tried Sierra Nevada brew, and the West Ghost hit the spot! Solid aromas of pine, citrus, and subtle tropical fruit. Hop forward taste with a well balanced overall feel. Fairly smooth with mild bitterness but tasty indeed. Much enjoyed 🍻

Mother Earth Brewing Company out of San Diego, Ca. Liquid Spectrum Hazy IPA. 7.2% ABV

Another great brew from the Project X Series. Tropical aromas with citrus and pine to follow. Well balanced flavors, slightly juicy with mild bitterness. Much enjoyed 🍻

La Quinta Brewing Company out of La Quinta, Ca. Brewed for Omni Las Palmas, Sundown West Coast IPA. 6.5% ABV

Solid poolside brew had here. Nice flavor, well balanced with light bitterness. Much enjoyed 🍻

Tree House Brewing Company out of Charlton, Ma. Double Take IPA. 6.8% ABV

I think we had our favorite Tree House beer and is certainly worth a Double Take. Aromas are packed with juicy tropical notes. The taste is undeniably delicious hitting your palate with the perfect blend of juicy and hop. Smooth and soft feel with a great lingering aftertaste. Much enjoyed 🍻

New Belgium Voodoo Ranger out of Fort Collins, CO. Sweet Ride Juicy IPA. 6.5% ABV

Really nice brew here. Lots of tropical notes on the aromas thats feed nicely into the taste. Smooth and juicy throughout with little to no bitterness. Much enjoyed 🍻

Tree House Brewing Company out of Charlton, Ma. Shark Tooth IPA. 6.6% ABV

Another delicious surprise Tree House beer! Can’t get enough of Tree House honestly. I just wish they were in Cali for ease of access. Anyways, tons of tropical fruit, citrus and dank pine throughout. Some malt character but flavor is balanced so well it just makes drinking easy. Much enjoyed 🍻
