We’ve made a small change to our weekly schedule to create a better rhythm for both our team and our guests.

Instead of opening the same restaurant on consecutive nights, we’re now alternating between Mister Buddha and Mammut — one day each — to keep things fresh and flowing smoothly for everyone.
