為何要醒酒?
由於紅酒當中含有丹寧酸(Tannic Acid)的成分，丹寧酸跟空氣接觸之後所產生的變化是非常豐富的，當酒有較長的時間和空氣接觸，可助於柔化較為堅澀的單寧，使紅酒的口感更柔順、香氣更散發，並可去除老酒中因為陳年所產生的酒渣〈沉澱物〉。

醒酒一般要大約半小時,而使用Nuance的四合一品酒品，注酒時大量空氣會瞬間透過氣孔進入酒身，產生氧化作用，短時間內達至醒酒效果，味道會變得芳香圓潤，附於孔壁的不锈鋼瀘網會同時隔除沉澱物，讓你馬上能品嚐美酒。
