How to make French 75 but using Sparkling Tea Saicho

Ingredients
-40ml Gin
-20ml Lime Juice
-3 scoops of Sugar
-Saicho Sparkling Wine (Darjeeling)

A husband and wife partnership created the high-end, non-alcoholic sparkling tea brand Saicho to offer a classy substitute for wine when dining. It offers a sophisticated and sophisticated sipping experience by using cold-brewed, single-origin teas from all around the world.

Procedures
1.Add 2 Shots of Gin,1 Shots of Lime Juice and 3 scoops of Sugar into Boston Shaker
2.Stirred or Dry Shake for 10 seconds to dissolves the Sugar
3.Add Ice and Wet Shake for 30 seconds approximately
4.Strained into Champagne Glass and top up with Saicho Sparkling Tea (Darjeeling)

Taste:Bright,Zesty,Light and Floral but they doesn't taste a alcohol on it because of the non-alcoholic sparkling tea though.

Last Saturday Nights is my Boss Birthday I worked at bartender last night, I work with my boss previously at Corner Bar I just resigned few months ago because I having a family emergency moving furniture to our new house.I work all rounder at Corner Bar for 1 year ago since 2024.I worked with her last Friday and Saturday they have private events at my boss cohorts they have soft opening somethings

My Sig Cocktail
Ingredients:
25ml Elderflower Syrup
25ml Elderflower Liquerer
15ml Lillet Blanc
20ml Lemon Juice
5ml Giffard Madagascar Vanilla Liquerer
40ml Cold Honey Green Tea
40ml Red Bull
40ml Soda Water
Top up w/ Sprite or Lemon Soda
Layered up w/Dry Red Wine
Glass:Transparent Juice Glass
Garnish:3 Lemon Sliced (Trimmed or Thined),Lemon Wedge,Fresh Mint Sprigs

Procedures:
1.First Layer add some Elderflower Syrup & Liquerer,Lillet Blanc,Lemon Juice, & Giffard Madagascar Vanilla Liquerer
2.Add Ice and Insert the 3 Lemon Sliced to show them into the glass
3.Second Layer add some Cold Honey Green Tea,Red Bull,Soda Water & Sprite
4.Layered up w/ Dry Red Wine any kinds of wine
5.Garnish some Lemon Wedge and Fresh Mint Sprigs
