沖縄の方言で「シシ」とは肉、「カム」とは食べるという意味です。
その名の通り、肉料理に合うように設計して造られており乳酸系の酸味がバッチリ合います!
肉とお酒の旨味と甘味を共存させ乳酸でフェードアウトさせる、程よい濁りと程よい甘酸っぱさ、そして低アルコールで程よいほろ酔い。「肉を食わせて乳酸で断つ」肉をたくさん食べたくなる、たくさん飲んでも酔いすぎないお酒です!

True to its name, this sake was crafted specifically to pair with meat dishes.It is often said that the lactic acidity goes perfectly with meat, so we focused on lactic acid to create this sweet-and-tangy, lightly cloudy sake.It brings together the richness and sweetness of both the meat and the sake, then finishes cleanly with refreshing acidity.
With its gentle cloudiness, balanced sweet-and-sour flavor, and low alcohol content, it gives you just the right pleasant buzz.
