We exclusively serve OBE beef, a wild organic cattle that roams freely, grazing on grass in the open pastures of the Australian outback. In addition to succulent steaks, our signature

dishes including Stewed Ox Tongue and Sautéed Pork Liver, highlight the restaurant's nose-to-tail concept. All our produce is organic and sourced from sustainable supplies in the UK, France, Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong certified organic farms.
