🎉 為人生的重要時刻舉杯 — 致我的 50 歲生辰 🥂

半百人生，猶如一杯經得起歲月打磨的佳釀，唯有時間能賦予如此深厚的層次與光芒。
今年，我想以兩種同樣誕生於 1976 年的法國生命之水 — 干邑（Cognac）與雅文邑（Armagnac），與你們分享這份值得紀念的風味與回憶。

那一年，世界與我一樣正準備迎接轉變。而這幾支同樣在 1976 年入桶陳釀的珍品，帶著當年陽光的溫度、土壤的記憶，至今已醞釀近 50 年，恰好與我的生命旅程並行。

這次選了三間同樣重視傳承、卻各具性格的酒莊作品，作為對自己五十歲的致敬：

🍇 Normandin Mercier 1976, Cognac
來自干邑大香檳區，風味細膩優雅，帶有成熟水果、香草與輕柔花香的層次。時間賦予其琥珀色光澤與圓潤口感，適合靜心品嚐，回想生命中那些精緻而溫柔的時刻。

🔥 Maxime Trijol 1976, Cognac
同樣源自大香檳區，但風格更飽滿有力。深色乾果、焦糖與皮革香氣交織，入口溫暖醇厚，如同那些堅定而充滿熱情的選擇，讓人生旅途留下深刻印記。

🪵 Baron Armagnac 1976, Bas-Armagnac
來自雅文邑最受推崇的下雅文邑區，質地豐潤飽滿，帶有梅子、香料與陳年橡木的芬芳。雅文邑特有的直率與複雜度，讓人聯想起性格裡的坦率與真實，歷久彌香。

This is one of my favourite Armagnac House established in 1838.. I had a chance to taste the 1838 armagnac at their cellar few years back. They also have a small museum showing some precious letters, coins, necklaces costumes which are few hundred years old. If you have a chance to visit Armagnac, this is the place you have to visit.
