1. Corbieres Les Jumelles Chateau de Luc 2023 (Syrah, Carignan Blanc, Grenache): Dark berry, thyme, olive and a warm, spiced finish.
2. Vin de France Libre Pensee Domaine Michal 2021 (Gamay): dark fruit, wild herbs, leather and a vibrant, tensile energy.
3. Vin de France Madelon Anne et JF Ganevat NV (Gamay): fresh, lively and expressive of the vintage’s character, it shows red fruit, floral notes and the natural energy.

White
1. Rollier Chateau Martinette 2024 (Viognier, Clairette, Roussanne, Rolle): pale, luminous and supremely fresh: strawberry, citrus zest, floral notes and a dry, mineral finish.
2. IGP Pays d’Oc Sauvignon Blanc L’Instant Famille Fabre 2025 (Sauvignon Blanc): citrus and green-fruit freshness, vinified for immediate, easy drinking.
3. Macon L’Expression du Chardonnay Domaine de Sainte Barbe 2023 (Chardonnay): green apple, citrus and a light floral lift on a clean, mineral palate.
