For the first time, the aromas of wine and oak fill our new second-year barrel cellar, named the Blue Cellar. After about 8 months in the first-year cellar, the wine will mature here for a year, until bottling next summer. Reaching 12 meters of depth, this cellar maintains a stable temperature of 15 degrees Celsius in all seasons.

Pour la première fois, les arômes du vin et du chêne emplissent notre nouveau chai à barriques de deuxième année, appelé le Chai Bleu. Après environ 8 mois dans le chai de première année, le vin passera ici une année d’élevage, jusqu'à la mise en bouteilles. A 12 mètres de profondeur, une température stable de 15 degrés y est maintenue en toutes saisons.

不久之前，葡萄酒老行尊Patrick Tsang 約咗幾位朋友酒聚。這餐吃足三小時，最後老行尊按住 Rauzan-Gassies 瓶酒問我：「好喝嗎？」我點頭道「好喝！」於是他即刻贈送同樣年份支酒給我（外加女士開瓶器一枚）。好彩說「好喝」否則就不送我了。可見「甜言蜜語」的重要性。
左岸風格酒，僅6歲，就開瓶，確實年輕。喝左岸地區釀製陳放時間還不到10年的波爾多紅葡萄酒，葡萄酒往往澀而苦。所以當日他還沒有同枱桌面上那支同級莊金玫瑰的副牌好飲。
實際上，Rauzan-Gassies酒達到成熟的速度都很驚人，通常只需要十年的時間就能達到最高峰。「在最好的年份裡，Rauzan-Gassies葡萄酒甚至可以保存超過半個世紀的時間。」James Suckling 評價這款2016年酒「口感略顯緊緻，帶有醋栗和黑莓的風味，酒體中等，餘味有嚼勁」並對酒款未來的發展潛力表示了充分肯定。相信這瓶酒陳放滿十年，單寧更豐富，結構感更明顯，更加好喝。
當然，此Rauzan 不同 Ransan 。Parker 說 Life is too short to drink wine such as these. 絕對不是指2016年這款酒。多謝Patrick Tsang贈送好酒。
