今年情人節，係 Dutch House 三年旅程入面 最後一次 Valentine’s Menu。🥂✨

🦞 帝王紅蝦、Langoustine 配魚子醬

Dutch mussels from the North Sea are entering their prime season. Located in Tsim Sha Tsui, The Dutch House Restaurant is seizing this abundant opportunity to launch a limited-time "Dutch Mussel Six-Course Feast." From appetizers to main courses and hot soups, all dishes are crafted by Dutch chef Armand. The menu showcases four layers of flavors—sweetness, freshness, richness, and purity— delicately highlighting the versatile nature of blue mussels.❤️
