The Wine Bar Just the coolest place to be in Santorini! Wine, Cocktails, nibbles and homemade pizzas, served in a natural cave or on a terrace with sunset views!

Enjoy traditional dishes and a wide range of the famous wines of Santorini in a unique and traditional cave. The cave is part of Heliotopos hotel, it is over 200 years old, renovated in the 1980s in the shape it has today. Wine and food served in a romantic/atmospheric environment with friendly hosts.

To our dear friends, visitors, and the many of you we’ve come to call family: Your presence has been the soul of our home, whether it was a quiet morning on your balcony at Heliotopos Hotel or a shared toast at The Wine Bar.

We would like to inform you that we will not be operating for the 2026 season to undergo a period of thoughtful renovation and care.

We’re excited to now offer curated wine flights that bring together bottles from different Santorini wineries, all in one unique setting, right here in Imerovigli!! Depending on the flight you choose and the season, you’ll taste a handpicked mix from the island’s best producers.
