Ράμνος..είναι το όνομα του κεντρικού δρόμου των Λευκών, που ενώνει την είσοδο του χωριού με τον
παλιό οικισμό.
Σ΄αυτόν βρίσκονται τα νεοκλασικά κτήρια του δημοτικού σχολείου του νηπιαγωγείου και τη κοινότητας.
Ο " Ράμνος " ήταν - και παραμένει μέχρι σήμερα - ο δρόμος περιπάτου, αναψυχής και αναμνήσεων των Λευκών.
Η ονομασία του οφείλεται στο φυτό "ράμνος" (Rhamnus Alaternus) και πρόκειται για αγκαθωτό θάμνο με μικρό κόκκινο καρπό για άνθος. Λέγεται επίσης μαύρη ασπαλάθρα, απάλιουρας ή παλιούρα και φύτρωνε παλιά στις άκρες του δρόμου
RAMNOS ...is the name of the main street o Lefkes connecting the entrance of the village to the quarter. To this day, "Ramnos" is a promenade enjoyed by all, whitch holds many local memories. Its name derives from the plant "ramnos" (Rhamnus alaternus), a thorny bush with small red fruits also known as " blak aspalathra", "apaliouras" or "paliouria" which used to grow on bothsides of the street.
