Job Title: Telecommunications Specialist (Multilingual - English + one of the above languages )
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support for telecommunication services, addressing technical issues, inquiries, and troubleshooting.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to service enhancement initiatives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
Key Requirements:
Languages: Fluency in one of the following languages (written and spoken):
Icelandic, Dutch, Irish, Slovak, Czech, Polish, or Danish.
Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Previous experience in telecommunications, customer service, or tech support is a plus.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) for internal communication.
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Team player with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
